PATRICK AYLMER
Managing Director
Patrick is a Chartered Accountant. Before joining Fox he was Investment Director of a FTSE-100 company. His earlier banking career was an Associate Director of NatWest Markets and Vice President at Bankers Trust. He is a passionate believer in helping the wider community, and is a Trustee of the National Army Museum and Treasurer of Battersea Dogs & Cats Home. Patrick is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business and is a member of Fox Funding’s Credit Committee and chairs its Executive Committee.
Andre Ratkoski
Investment Director
Andre has been at Fox for just over 9 years. He oversees the loan underwriting process and credit compliance at Fox Funding,. Andre has a BA in International Economics and MSc in Finance from Bocconi University. He is a member of Fox Funding’s Credit Committee and Executive Committee.
Robert Hayden
finance director
Bob is a Chartered Accountant. Previously he was a Finance Director in the brewing industry, but then decided to forego that to move into property finance. His experience spans a large set of industries and geographies.
Livia Laszlo
financial controller
Livi was a qualified literature teacher when she decided to step up in the financial sector and become a financial controller. Livi oversees the accounts department and makes sure everything runs smoothly.
