A: No. Our loans are only for business purposes.

Q: How is Fox Funding funded?
A: We use our own funds to make loans. We do not manage funds from 3rd parties.

Q: What is the maximum LTV Fox Funding lends to?
A: Depends on the specific transaction. Most loans are capped at 70%, occasionally loans to 80% LTV are provided.
