An experienced developer had the opportunity to acquire a disused pub with planning to convert into 6 apartments.
The developer required a bridge facility to acquire the property and complete the development pursuant to the planning permission.
Fox Funding provided a £714k facility to assist with the purchase and completion of the conversion.
