A developer-builder had the opportunity to acquire land with outline planning for 4x terraced houses.
The developer-builder needed to complete the acquisition and required a build facility to carry out the works when the full planning was approved.
Fox Funding provided a £200k bridge facility and £600k development facility to support the construction of the units.
